Leaning on Supplier Paperwork

A small group running a handful of well-characterized peptides a year has little reason to build a QC pipeline; a trusted supplier and occasional spot-checks will serve. A high-throughput lab whose data feeds regulated or publishable work needs independent or internal confirmation baked into its routine. Pick the model that matches your volume, your stakes, and your access to shared instruments, then revisit it as those change. And whichever route you choose, keep the logs current, recalibrate the instruments on schedule, and store the verification records alongside the vials, because a check nobody can find later is a check that never happened.
